1. Service Description

Jobrapido is a job search engine which enables you to search through all job vacancies posted on hundreds of UK websites.

2. Availability

Jobrapido does its best to ensure the highest website availability. However, in the event of the service being unavailable, Jobrapido cannot guarantee any recovery time and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the interruption of its services.

3. Content

Jobrapido updates its contents daily and continuously verifies that the job vacancies being offered are still valid. However , Jobrapido cannot guarantee that all information proposed on the website, including job vacancies or otherwise, is accurate, complete or true.
 
Jobrapido is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from any use of its website, or business information however provided, including but not limited to direct loss, consequential loss and loss of profits.

4. Links to other websites

Jobrapido includes hyperlinks to other websites on the Internet. Such websites are provided by independent third parties and Jobrapido is not responsible for the availability, content, use of such websites, or for loss or damages resulting from their use.

Jobrapido makes no promise that any materials or business information provided are appropriate for use in locations within or outside the United Kingdom. The user is responsible for compliance with any local laws.

5. Privacy

Jobrapido does not collect personal information such as names, contact details and email addresses, unless this information is provided by you explicitly and intentionally.

Jobrapido monitors website traffic patterns and collects statistical information, such as the date, time, IP address and the browser used in order to improve the service quality and offer a better user experience.

Website usage statistics may be provided by Jobrapido to third parties, clients, partners, advertisers and suppliers but they will not contain any specific personal data.

6. Cookie

All Jobrapido content and design elements must not be reproduced in any form, reused, or redistributed in any way by third parties, without explicit authorisation of Jobrapido.


8. Intellectual Property of Third Parties

Third party trademarks, brands, domain names, company names and company logos used within this site are property of their respective holders. These trademarks are not meant to identify Jobrapido, neither to associate Jobrapido with their holders: they are only used as a referral to their holders, which are accessible via the hyperlinks published on Jobrapido.

Jobrapido is not aware of any third party copyright pending on text and graphical elements displayed on the website, and will immediately remove these from the website if a legitimate copyright claim is raised.

9. Jobletter

Jobletter is a service that enables you to receive by email job vacancies matching the search criteria you provide. All terms and conditions that apply to the Jobrapido website also apply to the Jobletter.

In order to subscribe to the Jobletter, you are required to provide your email address and job search criteria. This data is stored into Jobrapido's database and is used exclusively to send Jobletters. It is not divulged by any means to third parties.

You may unsubscribe to the Jobletter at any time by selecting the “unsubscribe” link contained in every received email. When you unsubscribe to the Jobletter, Jobrapido removes your email address and your job search criteria from its database.

Jobrapido reserves the right to convey via the Jobletter other informational or advertising contents, in addition to job vacancies.
